Dear Northeast Early College High School Families,

I hope this finds you and your family healthy and safe. We are busy making plans to begin instruction on September 8th. We will begin the school year with at least 4 weeks (unless extended due to public health concerns) of virtual learning as announced by Dr. Cruz earlier this month. Students should check their schedules in the student portal.

We will be sending out a series of Back to School newsletters with information on Registration, Online Learning, Face to Face Learning, and Resources. We hope that these newsletters will answer as many questions as we can during this time. Our teachers, staff, and administration team are looking forward to starting the 2020- 2021 school year.

Earn an Associate Degree while attending High School!

Northeast is an Early College High School (ECHS) campus, offering students the opportunity to graduate with a diploma in one hand and an associate degree in the other- for free.

ECHS is a collaboration between Northeast and Austin Community College (ACC), where every student has the opportunity to enroll in college-level classes. In addition to earning college credit, students are preparing to compete in the work force, while saving thousands of dollars in college costs.
